TERMS & CONDITIONS
All passengers boarding “Alpine Air Planes Helicopters & Aviation Services LTD” aircraft shall present their passport or ID when requested. Especially for helicopter flights and in case of absence of official security check, the Captain mandatory has to scan the passengers and/or their luggage by using a metal detector if he deems necessary to do so.
A flight is booked upon receiving our confirmation and in compliance with our Terms of Payment.
For issuing the booking confirmation the full names and passport numbers are mandatory required.
Further we need to know all passenger weights, baggage weights and baggage dimensions.
Terms of Payment
To book a flight a 20% prepayment of the total amount is required immediately, the total amount has to be paid before flight.
The payment can be done by transfer to our bank account or Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard). In case of a wire transfer the proof of payment – or in case of payment by Credit Card the CC Authorization Form has to be send to us by Email on time.
The flight can be cancelled or delayed any time due to weather- or technical caused problems as well because of unexpected restriction from the authorities.
In this case the client can reschedule the flight and is free of charge, or – if not possible – the total amount will be refunded.
In case of no-show-up on time or a no-show-up at all like agreed accordingly our flight confirmation, the rights for the flight expire and there is no further right of a refund or any compensation.
If a reschedule is not possible - for whatever reason - the fees shown at "flight cancelled by client" are applicable. In any case there is no right for a compensation for possible losses thereof.
If the flight is cancelled by the client the following fees are applicable:
More than one week (7 days) prior flight, free of charge
within one week (7days) prior flight, 20% of the total amount
within 24hrs prior flight, total amount is not refundable
Any change of the itinerary or values of the confirmation by the client might cause in loss of the right for the flight without any refund (especially weight limitations and baggage dimensions).
If there is a finding of dangerous goods before or during the route, Alpine Air reserves the right to cancel the flight without any right of a refund or a compensation for possible losses thereof.
The prices provided are all inclusive (all taxes, airport/handling fees).
The route, schedule and passengers are accordingly our confirmation.
Any change by the client is subject to availability and possible additional charges.
The passengers are obliged to be at the airport 30 minutes before the agreed take off time.
In case of non-compliance the rights for the flight expires.
All aircrafts are subject to weight limitations for passengers and baggage.
Customers are obliged to provide us beside all passenger names also actual passenger weights as well as baggage weights and dimensions before the commencement of the flight. Alpine Air reserves the right to deny performing a flight where a weight limitation exceed or when the baggage are overweight and/or oversized and cannot safely fit inside the aircraft’s baggage compartment.
Passengers are not permitted to carry the following articles into security restricted area and in the cabin of an aircraft:
Firearms and other weapons, any object that is, or appears to be capable of discharging a projectile or causing injury
Sharp weapons and objects
Explosive and flammable materials
Chemicals and toxic substances
In the event of any doubt, please ask the airline for clarification.
Alpine Air reserves the right to change the aircraft any time but the customer will be informed for the change.
In case the customer does not accept the change of the aircraft the flight can be cancelled without any fees and the total amount will be refunded.
If the change happens during the route and the client wants to cancel the further flight, there is basically no right of any refund or compensation for possible losses thereof.
In case Alpine Air delays the flight for technical or other reasons more than two (2) hours, the customer has the right to cancel the flight without fees and the total amount will be refunded. If the delay happens during the route and the client wants to cancel the further flight, there is no right of any refund or compensation for possible losses thereof.
